"Again this morning we had a high water alarm but the work order was already in Jimmy's hands and he had called me before I heard the alarm.

We now have a new sump pump - much quieter and expect I will learn not to listen for it every few minutes.  Jimmy also lowered the intake for the back-up and tested that.
